Bring your reward card everytime you shop with us. During each visit, we will validate your card for the total amount of purchase, (excluding sales tax). When your card is complete, you may select merchandise equaling the average amount of your total receipts.

Because we appreciate our customer’s Simply Uniforms would like to celebrate your birthday with you! During your birthday month show us ID with your birthday on it and you will receive $5.00 off a $30.00 purchase.
Good for one visit 15 days before your birthday and 15 days after.
